Due to the handcrafted nature of this item and possible damage incurred during shipping or through improper care, beyond my control, I do not issue refunds for purchases. I do, however, offer store credit for any item which doesn't meet your expectations. Please contact me within 10 days of receipt of your item if you have any concerns.
